Joe spent alot of time with me to help me find my perfect home. He had a lot of knowledge in the area and helped me find a great location. He was always available to show me a property the same day it was listed. He came prepared to his showings with a nice pamphlet listing the property details, pictures, comp's and selling history. It was very helpful to allow me to make a quick decision, as properties were moving fast.

I will definitely use Joe in the future and would recommend him to anyone looking for an agent.

Joe was extremely helpful in finding a tenant for my rental property. In fact, he was able to find several prospective tenants.

I was a life-long New Englander who had just moved to Michigan working a new job. I didn't know much about the area or the values associated with potential properties. Joe Carney educated me greatly and showed a great amount of professionalism and patience as I probably wasn't his easiest client due to my uncertainty on which way to go. Joe probably showed me at least 25 properties and I came to the realization early on that he was the one who I wanted as part of the transaction. I felt as if I had made a friend in the process as he was more interested in making sure I was going to be very happy with the decision versus his concern about his commission. I would recommend Joe to any prospective home buyer. He's a down-to-earth guy that shows a great level of care in dealing with people. I am still happy with where I wound up moving to and I thank Joe for it.
